2. Guest Responsibilities and House Rules
Check-in/out times appear in our catalogue. Quiet hours are 23:00–09:30. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Damage to property results in fines and possible legal action. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests (with SA ID or passport) may stay. The kitchen is communal. South Gate Guest House is not liable for loss, injury, or theft. Respect staff and fellow guests; disruptive behavior may lead to eviction.
3. Retention and Deletion of Data
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary or as required by law. Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting us.
